2. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the user responsible for the content
Provide them with information on how to file a counter-notification (if applicable)

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent including:

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
The exact URL of the content that was removed or disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom and will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice
Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action against the content provider.
